AI for restaurants that picks up the phone during the dinner rush

At 7 PM the host is seating a party, the kitchen is slammed, and the phone rings with a pickup order nobody can take. We put AI on the phone, the catering inquiries and the reviews so the restaurant books more and the staff stays on the floor.

Where the money leaks today.

And the AI that plugs each one. Every fix connects to the tools you already run on.

The phone rings during the rush and nobody can grab it, so the pickup order goes to the place next door.

An AI receptionist takes pickup orders from your menu with modifiers, reads them back, sends a payment link by text, and passes the order to your register or kitchen printer.

Staff answer the same questions all day: are you open, is there parking, can I bring a cake.

The AI answers hours, parking, dress code, corkage and allergy policy questions on the phone and in DMs, so the host stays at the stand.

AI chat and DMs
Catering and private event inquiries sit in the inbox until the manager gets to them, and the party books somewhere else.

AI replies to every catering or event inquiry right away, asks for headcount, date, budget and menu, and sends the manager a summary ready to quote.

AI lead follow-up
Reviews go unanswered, and the angry one about a cold delivery is the first thing new guests read.

AI drafts a reply to every review in your voice, and the manager approves it with a tap. Complaints get flagged the same day.

AI workflow automation
Food cost and labor get checked weeks late, after the money is already gone.

AI reporting pulls sales, labor and invoices together and tells the owner each week which items and shifts are costing money.

How it works

Questions owners ask.

Can it take phone orders correctly?
It works from your real menu, including modifiers, sides and anything that is 86'd for the night, and it reads the full order back before it confirms. If a caller asks for something off the menu, it checks your substitution rules or says no politely. Orders go to your register, your online ordering system or a kitchen printer.
Does it work with our POS and reservation system?
If your POS or reservation platform can take orders or bookings through a connection, the AI writes straight into it. If not, orders arrive as a text or ticket the staff accepts. The free AI audit checks your systems first, so you are not forced to switch anything just to get the phone answered.
What about guests with food allergies?
The AI answers only from allergen information your chef or manager approves, and it says so. For severe allergies, it tells the guest to speak with the manager and flags the order so the kitchen sees it. It does not guess whether a dish is safe. When the menu changes, the allergen notes change with it, after a manager approves them.
Our guests speak Spanish and English. Can it do both?
It takes orders, reservations and questions in either language, and it switches when the guest does. Tickets reach the kitchen in whatever language your cooks read. That matters in a South Florida dining room where the same Saturday brings tourists, regulars and grandparents who only order in Spanish.
Will it upsell like a good server?
If you want it to. You choose the suggestions: a dessert with a family order, a bigger size on wings, a bottle with a reservation for an anniversary. It makes one suggestion, accepts a no and moves on. Pushy upselling on the phone loses orders, so we keep it light.
What does it cost for one restaurant versus a group?
Pricing depends on the setup, from phone only to phone plus catering follow-up, reviews and reporting, and on how many locations share it. The free AI audit looks at your missed calls and catering leads and gives you a fixed quote you can take to your partners.
