Welcome to NURO Marketing. By accessing or using nuromarketing.com and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Services

NURO provides custom website build, hosting, SEO, AI chatbot, and related services to small and medium businesses. Specific deliverables are described at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Setup fee: $79.99 one-time, charged at purchase
• Monthly service: $49.99/month, billed starting 30 days after purchase, recurring until cancellation
• All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Failed recurring payments may result in suspension of hosting and services

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your initial website within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on complexity, your responsiveness to questions, and availability of brand assets. We will notify you if a delay is expected.

4. Revisions

Your purchase includes unlimited minor edits in the first 30 days. After 30 days, minor edits remain free; major redesigns are billed at $49.99 each. "Minor" means content, copy, image, or layout changes. "Major" means new page types, custom functionality, or full redesign.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your monthly service at any time by emailing hello@nuromarketing.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges.
• The $79.99 setup fee is refundable within 7 days of purchase if your website has not yet been delivered.
• Monthly charges are non-refundable once billed, but you will retain service until the end of the billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period. Export requests for content must be submitted before the end of the billing period.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You must own or have rights to all content (logos, photos, text, trademarks) you provide
• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information on your site
• You must not use our services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes
• You must not resell or white-label our services without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

You own your brand assets and content. Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. NURO retains ownership of the underlying platform, templates, code libraries, and proprietary tools used to create and host your site.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality, working websites. However, the service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NURO and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NURO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms, for non-payment, or for conduct we determine to be harmful. Sections 7–12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate only on an individual basis (no class actions).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or posted on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
