1. Acceptance of terms

By using nurogrowth.com or engaging NURO Growth (a brand of NURO Applications LLC, "NURO Growth") for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

NURO Growth provides marketing strategy and execution services under a separate Master Services Agreement signed by both parties prior to any engagement. Public pricing on this site is indicative; final scopes are documented in writing.

3. Intellectual property

All work product delivered to clients under a paid engagement is owned by the client upon full payment. Our internal methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain our property.

4. Limitation of liability

NURO Growth's liability is limited to fees paid by the client in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts or via binding arbitration in Miami, FL.
