Our BBB rating gives our clients assurance that we are accredited by an established non-profit and non-biased standard. It means that clients can rest assured that we are following responsible, honest practices.
To become eligible for accreditation we had to meet 8 standards including, truthful advertising and selling, satisfactory customer service practices, and a consistent reliable transaction record with customers. We received our national accreditation based on the BBB’s opinion of our customer service experience. The BBB also considers other factors, such as compliant history, type of business, length of time in business, transparency of business practices, licensing and government actions and more.
We take pride in our national BBB accreditation and look forward to finding more ways to show that we provide the best service possible!
If you haven’t heard of The Digital Dealer Conference it’s one of the biggest digital marketing conferences in the automotive industry with over 3,000 attendees! The turnout included 90 of the top 100 U.S. Dealership Groups with over 100 eye-opening educational sessions; and over 120 exhibits featuring the newest products, tech-services, round table discussions and top keynote speakers.
Our entire management team was in attendance this past week on September 18-20, 2017 in Las Vegas. This gave us the chance to interact with the smartest minds in the automotive industry including like-minded technology-focused dealers, managers and vendors.
